Vacation In Florida Keys You Can Succes Take Photo

When looking for Florida Keys Vacation Deals, you might have to wander off the beaten path to find the really good stuff. Yes, you can log onto the standard third party site like Travelocity or Hotwire and find decent prices on hotel rooms, car rental, and airfare. The problem, as I see it, is that I’ve never found prices on those sites that get me excited. Yeah, it’s fine to save 5-10% and I’ll take it but where are the REALLY good deals?

Where are the Florida Keys vacation deals that cause me to go weak in the knees, my heart to skip a beat and really make a difference in the vacation bottom line? To find this kind of savings you’re going to have to exert a tiny bit more effort. You’ll probably have to use separate vendors for each part of the vacation because it’s not likely one website will be able to offer you the best hotel rate, car rental rate, and airfare.

The first time you roll up your sleeves and begin looking for the most awesome Florida Keys vacation deals, it’s going to take you a while and you might feel overwhelmed but, if you’re a dedicated tropical traveler, it’ll be worth the effort. As the years and vacations roll by, you’ll develop a list of vendors you know will treat you right on price and the research part of this endeavor won’t by nearly as formidable as the first time.

I’m not a shill for Priceline, because they don’t always have the best car rental and airfare rates but seem to do a very nice job with hotels. I recently stayed at a Hyatt Regency (three and a half stars) for $55 a night. The going rate for the room was $210. For those of you keeping score at home, that’s a 75% discount! There were run down looking no tell motels a few blocks down the street that cost more. My wife and I had a few extra high dollar seafood meals with the money we saved on lodging.

If surfing the internet and digging for the nuggets of gold seems like too much trouble, then you don’t really want to find Florida Keys vacation deals, and that’s okay. The thrill of the chase isn’t for everyone. But for the cheapskates in the audience (I know you’re out there), roll up your sleeves and get to work. Maybe you’ll uncover the connections to a Florida Keys trip for less than $500 (round trip airfare, car rental, 5 nights lodging) like I did.
